Our first experiment with pop-up groups in Borough Market went well.

The experiment was an inquiry into doing research without a client agenda.

Would people take part? What would people want to talk about, if we just wanted to listen?

We called it a Listening Post. We handed out fliers and held placards.

People came and sat down and talked. We got straight into some really interesting topics.
