    For what it's worth, I agree about researchers becoming more talkative. Researchers need to have no fear; clients rely oh so much on what they say (sometimes to the chagrin of the planning fraternity) that a forthright view would be welcome - especially when discussing it with planners before presenting to client.

    In fact, if there was a sense of being forthright ahead of the project, there wouldn't be an air of mystery about 'just what'll be said' to the client come debrief time.
