I've been thinking a lot about Behavioural Economics lately. Hasn't everyone...?
It occurs to me that conversations, or at least some conversations, are a creative act; an act (ie behaviour) which creates/conditions other behaviour.

I think John Shotter had this idea a long time ago, unfortunately few people understood what he was talking about
